Could you please edit the related file?

1) open with root privileges
sudo gedit /usr/share/shutter/resources/modules/Shutter/Screenshot/Web.pm

2) go to line 218 and put a # in front of it
#my $nck = kill(9, $cpid);

3) save the changes

4) try to reproduce the crash

It happened 2 times accidently and 3 to confirm. And one just now to check. With clean install from ppa and removed .shutter dir. All programs close I see only background, then I am on black screen with text: ubuntu 9.10 user-desktop tty2 And back to GDM login window. Xserver crash maybe, I dont know how to post logs :(? This dosent happen with version 0.80(OK, just checked) and 0.86(I could not find this to check but I remember it was OK too), but every time with 0.86.1. Yes, exactly.
