A tool to highlite something with transperancy set to 50%.
And a tool to blurr some private datas.

Only thing I could think of was 1) the inability to resize the window when in drawing mode and 2) undo feature when drawing 3) perhaps also possibility to draw simpler geometrical forms like squares, circles etc and also the ability to write on the picture.
