Simply the best! A tool that you must have. It works perfectly in Lubuntu 14.04.
    Thx!

  3. Thanks a lot for the fantastic tool! Going to share the tool with my readers. Been looking for something like this that works on Ubuntu for a long time now!

  4. Shutter is one off the best screenshot tools. I have a blog and it is very convenient to make screenshots or designate a specific location in an image. It is a child’s play to cut out, and point out something with this tool.

      Hi GenierO,

have also Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon Edition running. Close Shutter first completely and open Terminal and type in
      sudo apt-get install libgoo-canvas-perl gnome-web-photo

Relaunch Shutter. Editor should be available now!
